What is Remove Metadata?
Remove Metadata strips all metadata fields from a PDF — title, author, subject, keywords, creator, producer, creation date, and modification date — resetting them to empty values. The result is a document with no identifying information in its properties panel, suitable for anonymous sharing or archival.
