What Is Fitness Age?

Chronological age is a rigid, unchangeable number dictated by your birth certificate. However, biological age—specifically your Fitness Age—is a highly fluid metric that you can actively control. How to Lower Your Fitness Age

The most empowering aspect of Fitness Age is that it is reversible. If your Fitness Age is currently 10 years older than your chronological age, you are not trapped.
